The Grand Chancellery of the Constantinian Order is located in Rome.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Order falls under the direct authority of the Grand Master, HRH Prince Carlo di Borbone delle Due Sicilie<\/a>, who is assisted by a Royal Deputation<\/a> for the government<\/a> of the Order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Since 2023, HE <\/span><\/span>Cardinal\u00a0<\/span>Marcello Semeraro<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>has been the Order's Grand Prior.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Order is open to men and women who profess the Roman Catholic faith.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Both men ('knights') and women ('ladies') are admitted to the Order in three categories: justice, pardon and merit. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

Within each category ranks are awarded on the basis of merit within or outside the Order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Order admits both religious and laity. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

The United Nations Economic and Social Council<\/a> (ECOSOC) granted special consultative status to the Order on Aug. 1, 2011, in recognition of numerous charitable and humanitarian activities around the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Order also has observer status at the United Nations Economic Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific<\/a> (UNESCAP). The Order has delegations in every Italian region, most European countries, the United States, Argentina, Brazil and Southeast Asia. Worldwide, the Order has about 5,000 members in 2025.* <\/span><\/span><\/p>

*There has been a separate Spanish branch since 1960 with several thousand members under the grand mastership of Prince Pedro de Borb\u00f3n Dos Sicilias, Duke of Calabria. This branching is the result of a family dispute dating back to the early 20th century. <\/span><\/span><\/h6>
In addition, a smaller Constantinian Order has been associated with the former Duchy of Parma since 1816, now under the grand mastership of Prince Carlos de Bourbon de Parme.
